CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
TRANSCENDENCE.
Beyond. Beyond the physical realm. Beyond what’s deemed normal.
Beyond what’s considered possible. Beyond even our conception of
reality.
This is the work of the Artist. Ever striving to see the world from
outside the world as we know it, the culmination of our unique set of
experiences. To be outside oneself can stretch the bounds of what one
is capable of. And we are interested in this stretching…
We seek the places, the spaces, the moments that exist at once
everywhere, unknown and uncharted. Everything beyond and in between.
Let the power of your imagination be your guide.
580 Split is now open for submissions. We’re interested in stories,
essays, poems, and visual arts submissions that speak to this idea of
Transcendence. Our 18th annual journal: Transcendence will be
published in Spring 2016.
Deadline for submissions is midnight, Sunday, November 15th, 2015.
