great answer and good suggestion for ONRWW. My background was in aerospace before meeting Dr G and we put together an aviation line (Topflight) that included ONR, Opti-Seal, and Protectant Plus.

I know you're asking Ron...ONR is a very mild, soy-based polymer cleaner. You're diluting it 256:1 with water in most instances. I'm not sure quite what you mean how ONR will "react" to your plex...

Thanks @Ron@Optimum How will ONR react on the plastic windows during the wash if the plexiglass was previously sprayed with Lemon Pledge or Prist or All Clear?

I'm not a big fan of sponges, I use microfiber wash pads, there are a lot of options in that category these days, not sure for you, since you are in the Euro zone. There are also some smaller sor...
Based on reviews Lake Country Blue Grout Sponge is a lot firmer than the Big Red Sponge and the Big Black Sponge, would that cause any issues like marring or scratching? Should I try and soak it ...
That's right, products like Big Red Sponge are great - hold lots of fluid and cross cut to catch dirt - but any sponge, mitt, microfiber will work fine.
Um, you can use any wash media you want, anything that you would use with any other car wash.
Optimum had an aerospace line??? What else was in that, other than ONR?

on all the surfaces you list, the best protection available to you would be Gloss-Coat (true ceramic). Your choice of topper would depend on your preference - durability would be Hyper Seal, slic...
ONR contains no corrosive chemicals and is safe on all surfaces. Optimum at one time had an aerospace line that included ONR and products were used on all aviation surfaces.

I'm bumping this thread as I'm interested to know the answer. Which protection is the best/affordable for vehicles with 1) PPF wrap 2) Gloss wrap 3) Satin/matte wrap Protection would be: 1) Gloss...
Hi, It is possible to use Lake Country Blue Grout Sponge with ONR? I know it is intended to be used with Big Red Sponge, but the price here is insane around 30 euros. I know there are some Chines...
You can apply PPF over Gloss-Coat, it's over Opti-Coat Pro+ that Optimum does not recommend film.
You want to install the ppf on top of Gloss Coat?
Hi - I've tried searching the forums but and not finding any posts on either of the above items. I've read some great reviews along with a highlight ONR is safe for use on aircraft. I presume thi...

24 hours is long enough before you apply PPF. You can add Gloss-Coat immediately after the PPF.
I just applied a layer of opt gloss coat. How long should I wait for the gloss coat to cure before applying a bumper ppf? Then how long should I wait again before doing another layer of gloss coa...
Thanks Ron

Hyper Seal would give you the best durability, plus UV and chemical protection...short of ceramic it would be my choice (and it contains some ceramic).

I just purchased a new travel trailer with fiberglass siding, I plan on washing it with ONR. Would Hyperseal work well on that to protect it or do you have another suggestion. Thank you

Gotcha. Thanks much!
it would take multiple applications of concentrated Power Clean to remove Hyper Seal...the addition of ceramic makes it even tougher!
Hi Ron, oh wow, thanks for going the extra mile by asking Dr G -great to know that ONR is an even better product than advertised! Please thank Dr G for me and tell him I really enjoyed his TRCMA ...

Dr G states ONR does have anti-bacterial benefits (car wash does not), but Optimum cannot claim without getting FDA approval and that's not worth the effort. FYI
