Serendipity; The Story's Beginning

This is where people come who have no idea what is going on, no clue what to do, nor of where to go, and probably need help with their characters' stories and direction. For that, this place was created for them in order to help newbies get started and get familiar with the area, as well as get into the feel of RPing and gain some important information about the Veritas and everything about it as a whole (through the RP).
