Boys’ Lunch is a chronicle of my obsession with food and cooking.
Inspired creativity is the goal using products that I’ve grown,
foraged or sourced from suppliers, Daily observations and discoveries
culminate in the ritual of Boys’ Lunch where friends assemble, put
it all together and enjoy the results. A combination of known and
unfamiliar ingredients lends to the excitement of each meal. Ideas are
brought together in a short amount of time and improvisation is the
thrill. The result can be simple, exciting, or just plain delicious.
