After a long and depressing battle with my weight, I started the Cambridge Weight Plan (CWP) on 24/9/2014, but got bored of it after december and losing only about 10lbs, so i switched back to good ‘ol healthy eating and exercise. My ultimate goal is to be a size 10/12 and weigh between 55kg-65kg. I joined a gym in August 2015 and kickstarted my weightloss journey. I would like to lose 2kg every week.
