The initial investigation revealed that a 2012 Dodge Ram pickup driven by 38-year-old Charles S. This stems from a year-long investigation into the illegal sale of narcotics in the Harlan County area. A total of 29 people were arrested, and more arrests are pending. KSP Post 5 dispatchers received a 9-1-1 call at 5:30 p.m. after family members found the victim. Preliminary investigation shows that the victim was operating the ATV alone on the family farm when he crashed and was ejected. The Henry County Coroner pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
