My name is Ashley.I am twenty-four years young. My health is something I have become quite focused on in the last year and it pretty much started with my Dr. Oz obsession. July 2015 I decided to give up meat for good, after 7 months of a twice a week limit I had given myself.Honestly this vegetarian/mostly vegan life I have stepped into keeps me so upbeat, energetic and I just feel pure. Good as a whole. Since I was young I was always a bit chubby. I grew up on ramen noodles and fast food. My mother hated cooking and grocery shopping. Having fruit as a kid was such a treat, and now I can’t go without it. My ultimate goal is to be healthy and have an active lifestyle.I have wanted to lose weight for a while but I never seemed to have the extra energy to push through and workout. Now I make much more of an effort, Sweets are my weakness. But hey, peace, love & cannolis, Right? I am 24 years old, and 5ft 4 in.
