Name’s Abby. I’m on a serious journey to become the healthiest and
strongest version of me in all the ways that count—body, mind,
emotions, etc… This is a record of my journey towards losing weight,
getting ridiculously strong, and finding love. A lot of what I write
is observations of myself and what I’m learning. I’m a gym rat,
begrudging Floridian, kickass paralegal, and a geek. I’m as sincere
as they come, I am a hopeless romantic, and I’m an eternal optimist.
I’m tattooed, profane, sassy, way too sexual, sometimes political,
