I’m a regular family guy that likes Texas Craft beer, So In Spring
of 2013, my brother-in-law and I decided to take a trip across Texas
and hit as many Texas breweries and brewpubs as we could. From our
starting point in San Antonio, our week-long adventure took us through
Austin, Fort Worth, Dallas, and Houston. That is what inspire me into
writing this blog, I not professional in any way, and these are just
my opinions on the beers I was able to try. I hope that by sharing my
thoughts on these beers, you would be more inclined to try more of our
Texas beers and support our Texas brewers. There are other Texas
breweries that we would like to try and I’m always happy to try new
local breweries. Once we get to try them, I’ll be updating the blog
to include the new beers. If you have any comments or suggestions,
I’d be happy to hear them. I’d like to thank Karbach and Brian
Barran for the tour. Thanks also to the Good Doctor from Karbach for
the beer and stuff, you guys were awesome. We met some really great
people like Matt and Phillip on this tour, and I’m glad to have had
the opportunity to have spent time with them, Also would like to thank
my local breweries like Branchline, 5 stones Artisan Brewery, and
Ranger creek for having me over several times, you guys rock! and all
the local Brewers that don’t have a brewery yet but have aloud me to
taste and blog about their beer.
