Tom Paine's Ghost is a free thinker's cove; a bit of still-water in a
sea of tumultuous opinion. My name is Kristopher Hite and I
established this site in 2007. My hope is for the site to be a radical
space for thinkers to discuss all kinds of ideas no matter how boring
or outlandish. In the spirit of one of my favorite revolutionaries I
have dedicated the domain name to our least recognized founding father
