Starting off as a teenage vegan amidst my Italian family while living
in suburbia was not an easy feat. Eleven years of vegan living and
travel later, and after three years of inhabiting the wonderful
vegan-friendly city of Toronto, this lifestyle is second nature to me.
In this blog, I document my culinary adventures at home and abroad, in
my kitchen and in restaurants, and I offer personal anecdotes; which
one is the main course and which is the side—or dessert—may vary.
