I WANT to be skinny. I used to do all types of sports, and I was GREAT at them (really, I am not joking!), I did volley, handball, basketball, baseball and was a sprinter, long distance runner, marathon runner. But unfortunately, I had to stop them.  When I stopped doing sports, I joined a gym, and at the same time I started counting calories. But then I stopped going to the gym, but I continued to count calories……… I was almost anorexic. I reached a point where my BMI was about 18.8, then I realized that I was taking my body to the extreme. That’s when I started to get sloppy. Now I have muffin tops! Gosh! I used to do all types of sports, and I was GREAT at them (really, I am not joking!), I did volley, handball, basketball, baseball and was a sprinter, long distance runner, marathon runner. But unfortunately, I had to stop them.  When I stopped doing sports, I joined a gym, and at the same time I started counting calories. But then I stopped going to the gym, but I continued to count calories……… I was almost anorexic. I reached a point where my BMI was about 18.8, then I realized that I was taking my body to the extreme. That’s when I started to get sloppy. Now I have muffin tops! Gosh!
