I am just a regular guy who one day discovered that I’ve been a lifelong skin picker. After over 20 years of picking I found help via cognitive behavioral therapy. Although I still pick my skin, I’ve become inspired by the Tumblr community here and want to help other people suffering from dermatillomania. This is a journal and a place to go for skin picking awareness. Please note I am not a therapist or health professional, but feel free to ask questions. Thanks!
