About me: Once I was a fat kid. Then I became a teenage athlete. Then I became a fat man. Now I’m finding out what it’s like being an adult athlete. Feel free to call me John. Currently I work out by running, gym cardio, strength training, and stretching. True Goal: My real goal is to be healthy and look good, and to be able to push my body to do more than I ever thought I could, to be able to participate in all the sports and activities I’ve always dreamed of. tldr: I’m an older guy, started at 300 pounds, working to get down to 200, then back to 240 but with muscle. I’ve run 1 marathon, and I’m still running getting ready for a second marathon. I also lift and other things. I love to encourage others. I figure if I can do it, anyone can!
