NDEx, the Network Data Exchange, is a collaborative software
infrastructure for storing, sharing and publishing biological network
knowledge; NDEx is developed in tight association with Cytoscape and
aims to enable scientists to effectively use the vast amount of
knowledge available today in the growing field of network biology.
