On Sunday the 4th December 2005 during a shopping trip with my mum and sister I told them I had a migraine. This was nothing new, I had them now and again. Little did I know at the time 7 and a bit years later the pain in my head would never leave, staying with me 24 hours a day every day. This blog is to write about my experiences during this time and to perhaps draw some insight into migraines and maybe change the way sufferers are viewed.
