Hey, call me Jim. I’m from Boston but I go to school in a hole known
as Madison, NJ. As of now, I’m 19. I used to have girl troubles and
like to bitch about them, occasionally on tumblr. But it ain’t like
that no more. I’m doing my best to become a creative writer, or at
least to write creatively. I’m a competitive Super Smash Bros: Melee
player. I was once known as “The Irish Mafia”. This was later
shortened to “Mafia”, though I cannot escape the moniker spawned
by my silly, 14-year-old self. I’ve been playing since my freshman
year of high school, which will make five years this winter. I main
Pretty Princess Peach, and I sub Captain Fucking Falcon. I learned to
play the game by pressing a lot of buttons as fast as I could. But
this game runs deep into you, and it plays dynamically. it’s forced
me to see that there’s two people playing the game, and the other
guy, sitting right next to me, is going through everything I am. I try
to be more of a cerebral player now. I try to use my skillset of
writing creatively to help me do so. I do not always succeed.
Sometimes I just ramble. But that’s me. This blog contains a bit
more than that. I reblog a lot of hip-hop oriented stuff, cute anime
shit, and some writing that I think helps develop my worldview. I’m
