Cade Snyder and His Movie Ramblings

Hey. I’m Cade. Cade Snyder. I’m a moviemaker, and because of my love for movies, I try to watch at least one movie every day. I decided that I should start writing little blurbs about them to help me gather my thoughts and analyze the movies I see, and also to help me prepare for my backup career as a film critic or a film professor or a homeless man who goes up to random people on the street and berates them to watch good movies. If you want to read them, cool. No pressure though. It’s whatever. I’ll be talking about all types of movies, both new and old, movies out in theaters or on DVD. So keep checking back for new ramblings. Some things to know before you start reading: 1) I rate on a scale of 1 to 5 suns, because I’m a member of Planet Sun Productions, and also suns are just giant stars, and also I’m pretentious probably. Here’s a simplified idea of how I use the scale: ☀☀☀☀☀ - Loved the film. ☀☀☀☀ - Really liked the film. ☀☀☀ - Liked the film. ☀☀ - Didn’t like the film. ☀ - Hated the film. You may have noticed that it’s basically the same rating system as Netflix. Since it works well enough to help them make millions of dollars and completely overtake the home video rental industry, I think it can work well enough for me too. 2) I don’t do half ratings. No 3 ½ suns. It’s either 3 suns or 4 suns. Why? Cause half ratings are for people who can’t make decisions. 3) I’d love to debate any of my movie opinions with you, so use that ask button at the top of the page and let’s have us a conversation about movies.
