I started this blog a couple of years ago when revising for my undergrad finals and am now researching for my EngD. I’ve let fitness drift because of work/life balance issues the past 6 months or so, but I’m getting back to it with a vengeance now I’m more settled. Mainly targeting running and bodyweight-based exercises at the beginning of this year and will look to build lifting back into my schedule as the year goes on.
