I am Kristen–a writer, full-grown adult and MFA candidate. I consider myself a connoisseur of 90’s hip-hop and The Price is Right. I am from New York, but I make my home now in Austin, TX with my dog Colin Firth. We hope to one day live in Alaska. My illustrated book, “Ten Things You are Afraid of” will be out ione day really soon. I am also currently working on a Young Adult book about growing up in The Hamptons. You can read more about me here.This blog is a place to clear my mind before I write. It is mostly love and sadness that belongs more to my characters than me.
