This is my (not so) new (anymore) motivational tumblr. I’m on my way
to have an awesome healthy body. I’m 5 ft 6’, 160 lbs and around
22% body fat. During my journey I discovered that my UGW was a very
unrealistic goal for me and my type of body so i stopped having ideals
on my weight and i just use it as a very basic reference. So now I am
just focusing on building muscle and as my url goes: losing inches,
and reducing my body fat% BECAUSE THE SCALE IS A LIAR AND WEIGHT
DOESN’T SAY HOW MUCH OF A BADASS YOU ARE ;) ! Currently struggling
with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Feel free to ask me anything :) and
