What's For Supper?

If you live in the South, you know the difference between dinner and supper. Dinner is most often associated with lunch, but there is a difference. Lunch is a cold sandwich, chips and a pickle had in the middle of the day. Dinner is a more complete mid-day meal with a meat, vegetables, and a starch. It is most often eaten by early risers such as farmers. Supper is the evening meal when all the family sits down together and shares their stories of the day. Come on in and pull up a chair.
