Constables for 1771

Christian Bealer is appointed Constable for the township of Rostraver in the room of William Linn. Lawrence Irwin is appointed Constable for Mt. Pleasant Township in the room of William Perry. William Teagarden is appointed Constable for Pitt Township in the room of William Troop. John Moore, who was appointed Constable for Colerain Township at a private sessions, is continued for the ensuing year.
