International Journal of Learning and Development is an
internationally refereed journal publish six issues per year in
January, March, May, July, September and November, published by
Macrothink Institute, United States in collaboration with Human
Resource Management Academic Research Society (HRMARS). The Journal
aims to promote the theory and practice of Learning and Development in
Social Sciences, to provide an international forum for discussion and
debate, and to stress the critical importance of individual, team and
