DEBBIE stands for Devastating Empowered Bewitching Babes Invincible Eternally - and is open to people of all genders, sexualities and races. DEBBIE loves girl-fronted music of a variety of genres and there are only 3 rules: 1. Female-fronted music of any genre 2. All are welcome - strictly no elititsm or snobbery 3. No Madonna post-1993
