Sheffield Street Art

This is a blog dedicated to the fantastic work of street artists from the Sheffield area of the UK. I moved to Sheffield in South Yorkshire in 2011 and the one thing that instantly blew me away about the city was the huge amount of street art that was painted around. I have spent many days walking around aimlessly searching for new stuff and almost every time I notice something completely brand new. The feeling of finding a new, or even old, piece of street art is fantastic and this blog was created with the intention of documenting as much of it as I can.The majority of the images that I post are my own work but of course, as Sheffield is a large area I may also use images from artists websites or other graffiti enthusiasts for more “out of the way” pieces. I will always credit the images when I do this. However, if a photo posted here belongs to you and you do not want it to be showcased on this blog, send me a message and I will be perfectly happy to take it down. Sheffield Street Art also has a Twitter and Instagram account. If you would like updates on when new pieces will be posted or exclusive images that won’t be posted elsewhere, feel free to follow. Twitter: Click Here. Instagram: Click Here. If you have any queries or suggestions about the site or have any questions about the art, please email sheffieldstreetart@gmail.com. Alternatively, if you have any images of the street art in Sheffield that has not currently been featured on the site and you would like to submit these for possible inclusion in a future post, please also send an email to the above address. I hope that anybody who visits, whether from Sheffield or elsewhere, enjoys this blog and the fantastic art that will be posted onto it.
