patriotism, good food and Irish whiskey. Proud to be a Vietnam Veteran
and a Colorado native. I gave you gifts, small tokens, but a symbol of
something larger, something that was so very significant to me. In
those small packages were a profusion of emotion and feelings for you.
You had a part of me with you… just symbols… but really much more!
Now I search for a way to bring you back to me. To refresh what my
memory has let fade, to make amends for the foolishness that I
displayed. To hold you again, to feel again, to experience again… to
love again.
